Privacy Policy

This policy describes the personal information Kinect Sports Lab collects through our website, app, dashboard and facility, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

• Account and enrollment details: names, email, phone, address, date of birth, parent or guardian details, and login credentials (passwords are stored hashed).
• Athlete information: position, team, goals, injury history you choose to share, and signed waivers with the time, IP address and device recorded as proof of signature.
• Performance data: assessment results, movement screens, biomechanical and ball-flight measurements, video, and coaching notes.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation, the last four digits and card brand, and billing details, but not the full card number.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form, email or phone.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and basic usage information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To create and manage accounts, process enrollment and payments, schedule and deliver services, produce assessments and development plans, communicate with you about your account and appointments, keep records required for waivers and payments, secure the site, and improve our programs. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting and our performance-data platform, which is used to display athlete dashboards. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Parents, guardians and other people you authorize, such as a coach or team you ask us to share an athlete’s results with.
• Authorities or advisors where required by law, to protect safety, or in a business transfer.

Children

Our services are for athletes of all ages, but accounts for anyone under 18 are created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without a parent’s involvement. A parent may review, correct or ask us to delete a child’s information at any time.

Retention and security

We keep information while an account is active and afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax and audit obligations; signed waivers and payment records are retained for those purposes. We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable hosting, but no system is perfectly secure.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to sign you in and protect forms from forgery. You can block cookies in your browser, but the login and enrollment features will not work without them.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and you may opt out of marketing email using the link in any message. Some records cannot be deleted while we are legally required to keep them. Send requests to info@kinectsportslab.com.
